Taylor & Mathis provided fee-based project and construction management services to Black Creek Group for the development of River Point Industrial Park on U.S. Hwy 41 in Emerson (Bartow County), Georgia. Completed in 1Q 2021, the project encompasses three buildings totaling 778,840 SF.
Ware Malcomb was the project architect and FCL Builders was the general contractor. So far, tenants in the project include Pflug Packaging, RaceTrac Petroleum and Carlisle Construction Materials.
