Miramar Centre III

After acquiring Miramar Centre in Broward County, FL, which included two existing four-story multi-tenant office buildings and a pad site for an additional building, MetLife engaged Taylor & Mathis to develop the third phase on a fee basis.  Completed in 2006, Miramar Centre III contains 100,300 SF and features four-story, tilt-wall construction.
