MetWest International

MetWest International is a mixed-use project on Boy Scout Boulevard in Tampa’s Westshore business district. The first phase, which included a 10-story, 243,000 SF multi-tenant office tower, a 74,500 SF retail and restaurant village and a five-level, 740-car parking deck was completed in 2009.  The second phase, a 10-story, 246,800 SF office tower that is 100% leased to PWC (along with a 1,464-space expansion of the parking deck), was completed in 2013.  The project is wholly-owned by MetLife.  Taylor & Mathis provided fee-based development management services for the owner, MetLife, and leased and managed the project for MetLife until 2016.
