MetWest II PWC

Completed in 2013, MetWest II was developed for PricewaterhouseCoopers pursuant to a 10-year lease with the landlord, MetLife.   The 10-story building contains 246,800 SF and is served by a seven-level, 1,464-car structural precast parking deck.  Taylor & Mathis was MetLife’s fee developer for the project, and also represented the landlord in the lease negotiations with the tenant.
