Taylor & Mathis developed this 80,070 SF state-of-the-art call center for The Home Depot in 2013.  Located in the Chastain Meadows business park in Kennesaw, GA, Taylor & Mathis completed the project for the tenant on a fast-track basis, enabling The Home Depot to occupy the facility and receive “first call” only 11 months after lease signing.
