Chastain Meadows is a 230-acre master planned business park located in Atlanta’s Northwest/I-75 submarket.  To date, Taylor & Mathis has developed over 1.1 million SF in the park, including the following:

129,000 SF build-to-suit office/flex building for Respironics, Inc.

Development of Chastain Meadows began in 1997 and is ongoing.  All of the buildings at Chastain Meadows were developed in joint venture with the land owner and have been sold over the years.
