Boston-based TA Realty, LLC, on behalf of its Realty Associates Fund XI, has purchased Indian Trail Distribution Center (“ITDC”) from a Taylor & Mathis-affiliated investment entity. Completed in 2019, the 351,700 SF cross-dock building is located on a 40-acre site in the city of Lilburn, Gwinnett County, GA, less than three miles from the I-85/Indian Trail Road interchange. The building was 73% leased to Fleetpride, Inc. at the time of the sale.
TA Realty is one of the largest providers of real estate investment management services in the U.S., having managed, acquired or invested in over $30 billion of real estate since its inception in 1982. Taylor & Mathis, which manages and/or leases over 4.0 million SF of industrial property for TA Realty in the Atlanta market, has been engaged by TA Realty to manage and lease ITDC.
