Intermodal Logistics Center

Completed in June 2021, Intermodal Logistics Center (“ILC”) is a 502,482 SF distribution facility located on a 46-acre site in Austell, GA, adjacent to Norfolk Southern’s John C. Whitaker Intermodal Terminal.  The 500’ deep cross-dock building features 36’ clear height, 185’ truck court depths, 250 auto spaces, 153 trailer spaces and an ESFR sprinkler system.  Target Container, a subsidiary of Pratt Industries, has leased 100% of the building for use as a new corrugating facility.  Pratt is America’s fifth largest corrugated packaging company and the world’s largest, privately-held 100% recycled paper and packaging company.  ILC is a joint venture between Taylor & Mathis and Lion Industrial Trust, a private REIT managed by Clarion Partners.
