Technology Center of Georgia

Technology Center of Georgia (“TCG”) is a 275-acre master planned business park and mixed-use development located on GA Highway 20, less than a mile from I-85 in Gwinnett County. Taylor & Mathis has developed nearly 1,000,000 SF feet of multi-tenant and build-to-suit office and light industrial space in the park in joint venture with the land owner, Brand Properties.

Other development at TCG includes a state-of-the art baseball stadium for the AAA Gwinnett Braves, over 500 single-family townhomes and 410 multi-family residential units. TCG is a true mixed-use development following the Atlanta Regional Commission’s “live, work and play environment” model with extensive sidewalk systems, broad bicycle paths and 60 acres of green space that was conveyed to Gwinnett County.
