One Buckhead Plaza

Situated at the pin corner of Peachtree and West Paces Ferry Roads, One Buckhead Plaza is a high-rise landmark in the heart of Atlanta’s exclusive Buckhead district.  Completed in 1987, the 20-story multi-use project contains 400,000 SF of premium office space and 42,000 square feet of restaurants and boutique retail space, served by a 1,200-car parking garage, which has since been expanded to support adjacent office, retail and hotel uses that were developed later.  The building’s contemporary architecture incorporates classic design elements, such as balconies, flying buttresses, gabled copper roofs and a granite and limestone façade.  The project was developed by a joint venture between Taylor & Mathis and MetLife.  The venture sold the project in 1997.
