The Village at TownPark

Developed in 2006, The Village at TownPark is a 65,000 SF mixed-use project featuring 36,700 SF of street-level retail space and 28,300 SF of second-story loft office space.  Retail tenants in the project include Panera Bread, Chick-fil-A, Taco Mac, Five Guys, FedEx Office and T-Mobile.  Situated on a 14-acre site at the front door of TownPark (a 243-acre master planned office park developed by Taylor & Mathis), The Village provides an array of shopping and dining amenities to TownPark’s office tenants and nearby Kennesaw State University.  Taylor & Mathis sold sites in The Village to third-party developers for a seven-story, 196-key Embassy Suites hotel (with a Ruth’s Chris steak house), a 40-unit townhome project and a free-standing Tin Lizzy’s restaurant.
