Taylor & Mathis provided fee-based project and construction management services to Black Creek Group for the development of Southpark Logistics Center, a new 297,188 SF speculative industrial building located just off I-675 in Ellenwood, GA. Completed in 4Q 2019, the front-load distribution facility features architecturally designed site-cast concrete construction, 36’ clear height, 50 docks doors, 135’ – 185’ truck courts depths and 41 trailer spots.
