AuburnBank Headquarters Building

Taylor & Mathis developed this office project in downtown Auburn, AL on a fee basis for AuburnBank.  Completed in 2022, the four-story, 90,000 SF office building houses the bank’s corporate offices, lending and administrative functions, operations center and downtown branch banking hall, as well as multi-tenant office space.  The office building is served by a five-level, 500-space parking deck, which is sized to accommodate parking for the office building and a future hotel to be developed adjacent to the office building, as well as to provide public/transient parking for downtown Auburn.
