Allatoona Business Center

Allatoona Business Center is a 944,132 SF, five-building, master planned industrial park located on a 139-acre site fronting Joe Frank Harris Parkway (U.S. Hwy 41) in Bartow County, just south of the LakePoint Sports complex in Emerson, GA. The site offers excellent access to I-75 (via the Old Allatoona Road/I-75 interchange to the north in Emerson, or the Glade Road/I-75 interchange to the south in Acworth) and close proximity to the large population and labor base residing in Cobb County and Cherokee County.

The rear-load buildings — which range in depth from 220’ to 280’ — feature architectural tilt-wall construction, 32’ clear heights, spacious 185’-deep truck courts and ample automobile and trailer parking. Construction for Phase I of the project (Buildings 100, 400 and 500, totaling 569,132 SF) was completed in January 2024.
