Taylor & Mathis is pleased to announce two new tenants at Allatoona Business Center. Acclaim Lighting, a manufacturer and designer of decorative indoor/outdoor lighting fixtures, has leased 85,004 SF feet in Building 500. Compass Flooring Distributors, an Orlando, FL-based wholesale distributor of flooring products, has leased 46,530 SF in Building 400.
Allatoona Business Center is a 944,132 SF, five-building, master planned industrial park located on a 139-acre site fronting Joe Frank Harris Parkway (U.S. Hwy 41) in Bartow County, just south of the LakePoint Sports complex in Emerson, GA. Phase I of the project (Buildings 100, 400 and 500, totaling 569,132 SF) was completed in January 2024.
