Taylor & Mathis is pleased to announce two new tenants at Cartersville Commerce Center. Bluegrass Supply Chain Services (“BSCS”) has leased 33,109 SF in Building 100. BSCS, based in Bowling Green, KY, provides third-party logistics services for Ball Container Corporation. Chemique Adhesives, a U.S. supplier of industrial adhesives and sealants, has leased 24,789 SF in Building 100. With these two new leases, Building 100 is now 64% leased.
Completed in October 2023, Cartersville Commerce Center is a three-building industrial park totaling 246,900 SF. The project offers two rear-load buildings and one front-load building, and features architectural tilt-wall construction, 180’ – 250’ building depths, 28’ clear heights, 130’ – 140’ deep truck courts and abundant automobile parking.
