Winsupply is one of the nation’s leading suppliers of residential and commercial construction products with majority stakes in more than 650 local companies across the U.S. Previously, in January 2024, Chadwell Supply leased 141,995 SF in Building 200. Chadwell Supply is the largest privately-owned maintenance, repair and operations supply company in the U.S.
Completed in October 2023, BCBC is a three-building, master planned industrial park totaling 837,248 SF. The 71-acre site is located adjacent to the FedEx Ground Hub in Braselton, Georgia, just off I-85 at the intersection of GA Highway 53 and Braselton Parkway.
