The building will feature architectural tilt-wall construction, 32’ clear height, 210’ building depth, a 135’-185’ deep truck court (with dock-high and drive-in loading access) and ample automobile and trailer parking. Gwinnett Progress Center is a 500-acre master planned business park located in Lawrenceville, GA on Hurricane Shoals Road, just across Georgia Hwy 316 from Gwinnett County/Briscoe Field Airport, and 8.2 miles from the I-85/Hwy 316 interchange. Construction of the project is expected to commence in August 2023 with a mid-summer 2024 delivery.
