Taylor & Mathis is pleased to announce that Sugar Hill Distribution Center (“SHDC”), a 517,586 SF, two-building distribution center fronting Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Gwinnett County, is now 100% leased to four tenants, just five months after the project’s completion in January 2022.
- Sargent & Greenleaf, a global leader in security across multiple industries for over 160 years, has leased all of Building 100 totaling 165,438 SF.
- Empire Today, a nationally recognized provider of carpet, flooring and window treatment products, has leased 111,706 SF in Building 200.
- Windstream Communications, a provider of voice and data network communications (broadband, VoIP, MPLS) and managed services, has leased 166,894 SF in Building 100.
- MTI Baths, a distributor of bathtubs, vanities and other bath/shower-related fixtures, has leased 73,548 SF in Building 200.
The two rear-load buildings at SHDC feature 32’ clear heights, 135’ to 185’ deep truck courts and ample trailer and automobile parking spaces. The project is a joint venture between Taylor & Mathis and affiliate of New York-based Clarion Partners.
