Taylor & Mathis is pleased to announce the development of Allatoona Business Center, a five-building, master planned industrial park totaling 939,720 SF. The 139-acre site is located on Joe Frank Harris Parkway (U.S. Hwy 41) in Bartow County, just south of the LakePoint Sports complex in Emerson, GA. The site offers excellent access to I-75 (via the Old Allatoona Road/I-75 interchange to the north in Emerson, or the Glade Road/I-75 interchange to the south in Acworth) and close proximity to the large population and labor base residing in Cobb County and Cherokee County.
The rear-load buildings — which range in depth from 220’ to 280’ — feature architectural tilt-wall construction, 32’ clear heights, spacious 185’-deep truck courts and ample automobile and trailer parking. Construction for Phase I of the project (Buildings 100, 400 and 500, totaling 564,720 SF) commenced in May 2022 with an anticipated completion date in mid-summer 2023.
