Taylor & Mathis has signed a 15-year lease with a Fortune 100 tenant to occupy all of Chattahoochee Logistics Center (“CLC”), a 1,128,400 SF cross-dock distribution facility situated at Campbellton Road and Fulton Industrial Boulevard in South Fulton County, GA. The identity of the tenant cannot be released due to a non-disclosure agreement.
Completed in April 2020, CLC features a 40’ minimum clear height, 719 car parking spaces and 234 trailer storage spaces. Strategically located, CLC is only 7.7 miles from I-20 and 8.6 miles from I-285, equidistant (12.4 miles) from the Norfolk Southern and CSX intermodal yards, and only 8.5 and 7.5 miles from the UPS and FedX terminals, respectively.
The $66.5 million project is a joint venture between Taylor & Mathis and Chicago-based LaSalle Investment Management.
