Taylor & Mathis provided fee-based project and construction management services to Black Creek Group for the development of Southpark Logistics Center, a new 297,188 SF speculative industrial building located just off I-675 in Ellenwood, GA. Completed in 4Q 2019, the front-load distribution facility features architecturally designed site-cast concrete construction, 36’ clear height, 50 dock doors, 135’ – 185’ truck courts depths and 41 trailer spots.
Taylor & Mathis is also providing project management services for the development of Black Creek’s newest project, River Point Industrial Park in Emerson, GA, which encompasses three multi-tenant distribution buildings totaling 776,700 SF. The River Point project is currently under construction with a phased completion of the buildings in 3Q and 4Q 2020.
