Atlanta, GA December 10, 2013 – Taylor & Mathis, Inc., the property manager and exclusive leasing agent for Sugarloaf Corporate Center, has signed renewals with three major tenants in the office park. Tyler Technologies expanded to occupy a full floor in Building 2160 and extended their lease, now leasing 22,751 square feet. John Dolan and Nima Ghomghani with CBRE represented the tenant. In Building 2180, Regus renewed their lease for a full floor totaling 22,663 square feet and Nationwide Insurance renewed their lease for a full floor totaling 21,543 square feet. Jeff Heller of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Regus, and Peyton Wimberly of Cushman & Wakefield represented Nationwide. Ginger Martin, Director of Leasing with Taylor & Mathis, represented the landlord, Sugarloaf Partners, LLC, on all three transactions. Sugarloaf Partners, LLC is a joint venture investment entity comprised of certain Taylor & Mathis principals and outside investors.
Sugarloaf Corporate Center in a 62-acre office park and mixed-use project located in Gwinnett County, GA. Taylor & Mathis, Inc., as development manager for Sugarloaf Partners, LLC, has developed 413,800 square feet of office space in the park, including three (3) four-story multi-tenant buildings and a seven-story building that was originally a build-to-suit for SAFECO Insurance (now Liberty Mutual). The amenity base in the park includes a Hilton Garden Inn, three free-standing restaurants and three branch banks.
