TAMPA, Fla., August 7, 2013 – ABILITY Network Inc. has leased 11,720 square feet at MetWest International in Tampa’s Westshore Business District. The healthcare technology company will be consolidating two Tampa offices when it moves its 75 employees to One MetroCenter in September. The lease negotiated by Taylor & Mathis Director of Leasing, Angela Odell and co-broker David Green of Jones Lang LaSalle, comes on the heels of AECOM Technology Corporation leasing 7,054 square feet at the Class A office building. “With the completion of these two deals, One MetroCenter is 92 percent leased,” stated Odell.
